Ruff-N-It Pet Boarding & Training, LLC

We started using Ruff-N-It over 10 years ago, and the most recent stay was the summer of 2025. We have consistently trusted them with our elderly dogs, small breeds, and large, overly excited dogs, as well as our large breed dogs who struggle with severe separation anxiety. They have never let us down! Usually, our pets stay 2-5 days at a time. We've met multiple staff members over the years, and they all have been friendly and eager to tell us about the dog's visit at pickup, which I love. I feel it means they actually pay attention to each dog since they can remember details off the top of their head.

Perfect place. The staff is friendly answer every time I called because I was worried about my 4 month old baby but they far exceeded my expectations. Great prices, happy dogs, happy clients you can’t get any better. I will be using them again

The staff here are amazing and genuinely honest. They take excellent care of my dog, which gives me real peace of mind. When my dog’s collar and leash were misplaced, they immediately offered to credit my account if I sent a receipt for the replacement and assured me they would continue looking for it. The very next day, they found the items, personally delivered them to my home, and still honored the credit for the inconvenience. That level of integrity and customer care is rare and truly appreciated.

I have been using Ruff N It services for a few months now. They have bent over backwards for my dogs. They run right in when I drop them off. It shows they love to be there. Also, I have asked them so many times to take my dogs at the last minute (as long as they have room) and take care of my babies. My husband and I have inconsistent work schedules and we can’t leave our dogs home alone all the time. Ruff N It was there every time when we needed them. This is the only place our dogs will go to. Five stars is not enough.

Fabulous doggie daycare and boarding. The staff is friendly and kind. They are willing to send videos when requested. I started to bring my boys for a stay when my vet recommended this boarding facility because they don't have many dogs there a day. All about population control for dogs , customers, and staff. They have smaller groups so they can maintain wonderful safe play areas for dogs while keeping watch. Very reassuring of the treatment and environment they keep for the dogs they care for.
