My puppy came in dizzy, itchy, whining, and not eating — and the team here immediately made us feel safe. From the front desk to the medical staff, everyone was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and attentive. They explained every step of his treatment, reassured us throughout the visit, and truly cared about his comfort. The clinic was spotless, the staff was amazing, and the care was top-tier. Thank you for taking such good care of our fur 🐶 baby!

Hands down the best vet we've gone too since moving to GA. The staff is friendly and treat our dog with so much love and care. The first time I went was for an emergency visit and they took my fur baby in right away and helped settle me down. They were so patient, respectful and knowledgeable that we've made them our permanent vet and go to them for all our dogs needs. And will begin doing our grooming there. The only downside are they are only open M-F but that isn't a reason to go down a star at all. They are top notch and my dog doesn't get nervous with them and him being comfortable is the main thing. If you’re looking for a hard working & passionate veterinary clinic this is your place. They have taken care of several of my pets and always go above and beyond. They are patient, kind, and genuinely care about each animal like it is their own. The staff communicates clearly, follows up after appointments and makes sure every visit is positive. Thank you to Dr. Alexander, Dr. B, Maddy, Peyton, many other techs and office staff that have helped care for my pets and made the experience amazing!

The staff were all supportive and kind to our needs with our dog, who needed surgery to remove a growth, found to be malignant. The care put into all care was excellent and responsive to her needs and follow up.

New Georgia accepted our barn cat as a walk-in. I was very impressed. The facility is super clean, they were very quick to get to us as compared to two other clinics in the area I’ve been to in the past year. Checkout was quick and in the room, so I didn’t have to keep my cat in a loud reception area. The receptionist, staff and vet were all extremely kind and in no hurry to see us out. Pricing was extremely fair. The vet took her time with us and had wonderful bedside manner. I will be returning with all three of my indoor kitties and transferring them over from another clinic.
