Waggin Wheels Mobile Dog Grooming

I have been using Donna and her service for many years now. It is so convenient and very fairly priced. It is much cheaper for her to come to me instead of me having to go to town, especially since I live in the middle of nowhere. She has groomed our poodle since he was a puppy, along with our other poodle who passed away about 4 years ago. I know that our poodle is high energy and can be a challenge to bathe and cut, but they have always managed to somehow handle him. GREAT TO DEAL WITH!!!!

Pros: On Time, Good Nail Trim Cons: Uneven cut, forgot to pluck ears, returned dog partially wet, overcharged. Ms. Donna quoted me $60 on the phone but charged my husband $78 knowing I wasn’t at home. This was a fill in groom due to my regular groomer being sick. She was with my dog for 1hr, then returned her to my husband partially wet, her entire body has an uneven cut, and she forgot to pluck her ears. I’m So disappointed. This was a first and last time. Beware

Today was the second time we used Waggin Wheels Grooming. After the first time, our dog had a shaved patch on his belly (he is a short haired dog and we did not request a trim). I asked today why his belly was shaved last time and they told me they didn't know and that maybe the dog moved or something (odd statement). Today he came back and was obviously not bathed. His belly was visibly dirty and by the time I tried to go speak to them, they had pulled away. It seemed to us like his back was maybe sprayed with some type of cleaner but he was definitely not given the bath that we paid for. We had to bathe him. My dog also came into the house wheezing and coughing (choking noises) and immediately vomited after I took him off of his leash like he had been unable to freely breathe for some ti

Beware! I trusted this groomer with my 10 week old poodle, a very sweet, confident, happy puppy. But after she was done with him, not only was his coat horrible, choppy and uneven (the most horrible grooming job I have ever experienced on any of my pets) he was also terrified for weeks, he would shake whenever he would see his food bowl because I gave the bowl to the groomer with food so she would reward him during grooming. It took months for the poor puppy to recover from the trauma of whatever she did to him. Others have had bad experiences too, my sister's dog was returned to her bleeding... I have heard lots of bad reports. I'm so sorry I ever called this grooming service.

They did a fantastic job!! It was great to have the groomer come over to my house instead. She made sure that she understood how I wanted my little Schitzu trimmed. My Bailey was very comfortable with them. I know you will be very happy if you choose them👍🏻
