Dr. Reagan was very gentle and patient with each of our cats (we brought in 4) for vaccines and check-ups. She explained everything and offered time for concerns and questions. Very nice visit.

We have been going to ACC since 2021. The front staff is absolutely amazing and the doctors have always been very thorough and explain issues plainly so I can understand. When we lost our sweet dog, they sent us a card in the mail. You can't find that level of care and devotion at another clinic. We've also utilized their boarding services and they are great!

Over the years, I’ve taken 4 Yorkies to Animal Care Center in New Bern. They’ve provided new pup wellness care, one that required Chemo and another that had seizures and much more. Every member of the staff has been knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. I’ve never felt more confident with any other veterinary care than theirs.

We have been bringing our dogs here for over 20 years, and we truly couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. The doctors and staff are compassionate and knowledgeable. They have been with us through routine visits, emergencies, and some very emotional goodbyes — always treating our pets like family. We are so grateful for the love and care they’ve given our dogs over the years. Highly recommend!

My dog is a Great Pyrenees and has not usually had great vet experiences since he was neutered and got hurt during this (not here). I explained to the vet what happened as in his chart it states he is aggressive (from the other place). The vet and tech took their time with him and listened to what I had to say to try and help. My dog was in pain as he has a really bad ear infection, on top of a skin infection that we have been trying to treat at home with no luck because we have been scared to try and take him anywhere. All I can say is he had a GREAT visit. I recommend this vet 10/10.
