Jill's Pet Resort

Love this place! Very nice, high end pet resort without the high end costs. We boarded our pup over the Thanksgiving holiday for about 5 days and paid a very reasonable price. The grounds are beautiful, the lobby is very nice and they take such good care of their furry guests. My pup came home so happy and exhausted from such a good time. Highly recommend Jill's Pet Resort.

We boarded our two dogs for eight days at Jill's Pet Resort over the Christmas holidays as we had to leave town and could not take them. We checked the reservation and filled out their directions list. It was clear what we could bring and what we were asked not to bring. I requested and had a guided tour of the facility which was very helpful and better understood the options for their stay. This was the first time we had borded both dogs for that length of time and the first time with Jill's. The staff was caring and very friendly and helpful. The ladies in the back area who watched the dogs were especially thoughtful and obviously loved the animals they took care of. They even contacted me when one of our dogs was not eating well and offered a substitue meal which worked well. They dogs

I was unpleasantly surprised by the outcome of my Shibon pup. My mother has been taking 3 of her dogs to Jill’s for grooming for quite some time now and they turn out so beautiful! I’m always impressed! So I decided to bring my pup here and I did NOT get the same result which was very disappointing! For starters, his appointment was at 9:30am. I called around 3:30pm because I still hadn’t heard anything and my mom told me it never takes this long for her dogs. Mind you, I drove from Raleigh just to bring my pup here. My pup wasn’t ready until around 4pm. What’s the point of making a morning appointment if my dog isn’t even ready until late afternoon? When I finally got my pup back and came home, I realized it looked like a rushed job was done on him. I even left a generous tip but I know b

Jill’s pet resort & its staff always do an amazing job grooming my golden retriever. I am always blown away by how well they do- it’s an absolute pain attempting to groom my dog myself! Jills also does a wonderful job de-shedding. I’m used to petting my dog & ending up with a hand full of hair. That doesn’t happen after visiting Jills! Can’t recommend enough!

From the moment I walk into Jill’s, all the ladies are so friendly and welcoming! They take great care of our mini schnauzer and all of his grooming needs. They spoil him for sure. Thank you Jill’s Pet Resort for taking care of our fur baby! I would highly recommend.
