Floors Unlimited

I have been working with Floors Unlimited for years for new home builds. And have had many clients return to Floors Unlimited for any future flooring and tile needs. I often work with Becca, who gladly helps clients pick out all their selections. Selections can certainly be timely and she handles it with ease. They work with us to make sure flooring is ordered timely and install is put on the schedule quickly! The results always look fantastic! Thank you!

From my first step into Floors Unlimited to the last steps of the installers of my new flooring out of my home the experience was wonderful. Becca was extremely helpful with providing information, answering some questions I had and helping me pick out my LVP Wood flooring. Ashley came out to measure and answered some additional questions and gave me suggestions of the the floor layout. Isaac and Austin did a great job with removing my existing flooring (slate, carpeting and LVT) and installing my new flooring. They took care of moving my furniture as if it belonged to them. I love my new floor. I still need to replace the flooring in the bedrooms and will definitely have Floors Unlimited do it. I would highly recommend Floors Unlimited when considering new flooring for your home.

From start to finish: a great experience and product. We really feel like we have a new house! Rebecca helped us pick the perfect high quality LVT plank, which we had installed throughout. She provided a very fair price and accommodating schedule. Ronnie and his crew were experts, and helped us with moving and arranging. They completed a high quality job very neatly, and faster than expected. As one who is in architecture and remodeling myself, such work can be quite be intrusive and messy; however, this was a really pleasant and transformative project. Thanks y'all!

We walked into Floors Unlimited to pursue replacing the flooring in our new home in New Bern. We had absolutely no idea what we wanted and we were relocating to NC and very overwhelmed. We were also pressed for time as we were only visiting for a short time after our closing. From our very first interaction, Becca was extremely helpful and accommodating. We were very impressed with her knowledge of products and it was clear from the start we were in good hands. We went back & forth getting different samples and options. Becca was very patient and helped us narrow down choices. Ashley came out to measure and she was outstanding. She was knowledgeable and that knowledge really helped us make good decisions. The entire project was well planned and executed. I was living 6 hrs away and the staff kept me updated daily with calls of progress and photos. They made special trips to meet me when I was here. The entire house was refloored. The product that I chose absolutely lived up to the expectation and the staff here did also.
