On the first day, I brought in my 15-year-old dog. After the groom, I was told her ears were “still gross from the gunk,” which felt unprofessional and unnecessary in how it was communicated. I was also not handed my dog or allowed to grab her until payment was fully completed, even while I was actively paying and planning to return the next morning with two more dogs. The following day, I dropped off my two dogs at 8:30 a.m. and picked them up at 10:30 a.m. My 18-year-old (who is blind and deaf) was one of them. At drop-off, the groomer saw that her ears were matted and said she would shave them they where not dematted they where shaved. This place is a hidden gem. I wanted a change because I was not happy with my current groomer. I got an appointment quickly and was able to pay online before I picked my dog up. Shedding season started. If you know, you know. My corgi came out with no loose hair. I was blown away by how thoroughly Mikayla brushed her out. My pup also smelled amazing and days later, her fur is still so soft and fluffy. If this is the standard, I am never going anywhere else, ever again.

not sure who groomed my puppy, i just chose a staff member on the website instead of someone in specific, and they did such an amazing job! she came out looking great and she smelled so good, they even put a little bow on her! i’m sure they took great care of her, and im so happy!

This was Smudge's first haircut. Brittany did a fabulous job. He went from looking homeless to a gentleman. They were so good with him. I will definitely be returning
