My sweet pup seen by MyKayla and he looked amazing when I picked him up. Great job!
Robin always does a great job with our boy Duke. He loves her. When arrive he looks around, but once he sees Robin all the excitement come out. We love Robin.
I'm not satisfied because I took my pet in for a bath and haircut for $70, supplies $5.99, and I ordered the fall package for $29 extra. They charged for it, but they didn't do anything to my dog. They just did the haircut. They shouldn't have charged for the fall package, since they didn't. I also made the payment before seeing my dog, and I also paid a $10 tip. What a sad, bad experience. I honestly don't know what happened, because today my dog walked three steps, then sat down and licked his butt, not wanting to move. I requested an even cut and it has several parts shaved.
The groomers were awesome. Both of my dogs look great and are so soft and their nails are nicely trimmed.
My dog’s groomer, Jess, is wonderful. She is very good with my dog and she is quite meticulous with her job.
