Store was fairly organized compared to others i have visited. easy to get around which made the visit smooth. I had a really good experience with a staff member named Nora- she was friendly, helpful and understood what i was looking for with my dogs grain allergies . overall a positive visit just wish the prices where a little more competitive but i do have special needs as well as the store is close to home

I was able to find what I needed, the store itself is fine. It's the employees and the entitled attitude. It's very disappointing to not get greeted by the only person in front of the store, and while that's not even expected, it just sets the tone for the entire store. To be met immediately with a disgusted face by one your employees, I think her name is Nora when I looked at her name tag, but not only was I not greeted and met with such a horrible attitude, when asking about where and if the store carried a certain product, I was met with a sigh and eye roll as if what I was asking was out of her job description. I wasn't helped by her at all and even felt like I was wrong to ask for help. I told her "nevermind" and I'd find the item myself to which she just said "Okay." And walked off.

Everyone is always friendly. The store is clean and neatly maintained. We visit the vet to have our cranky old dog's nails trimmed, and they are so gentle and caring. She does not like people but they are winning her over! The store carries a good variety of foods and supplies. I never need to shop elsewhere for anything my pets need.

I get most of my dog things, guinea pig treats and sometimes food and bedding. I have a leopard gecko I get it's crickets.It's millworms , and sometimes a light bulb. I also have to red eared sliders and goldfish in a pond , and I get their food from here as well.

Anna was amazing! She took the time to helped me get the perfect fish! Customer service was great ! Will be back!
