You guys switched to no line services and we weren't informed so when my husband went there and waited they started taking others he was very angry. He came home then I had to go wait. Very inconvenient. So on my next appointment I'm going to have to spend the whole day there because there's no virtual line ? This does not sound like a very good idea. Or maybe it just needs some tweaking. 🙁
