PetSmart

Most pet stores will just send you on your way with a bunch of stuff you don’t need!! This PetSmart has helped me more than any other pet store they have knowledge about the animals and won’t send you in the wrong direction for your pet!! Staff is wonderful all through they should have a couple more workers on the floor it took me a minute to find someone to help me other then that no complaints!

Came for a 8am appointment to get my 16 week old pup his first haircut. They turned us away due to fact he doesn’t have the shots he’s not able to receive yet from our vet. Never again will I come back here for services I’ll stick with a local groomer

I wanted to buy 2 beta fish for my nieces. When I got to the check out line, Wendy, the cashier, indicated that I was not allowed to buy any fish because I was going to put them into the terrariums that I was buying alongside them. Shocked, I asked her again, if she was serious, and she reiterated that she would sell the terrariums and other items to me, but that I was not allowed to buy the fish from their store. Not that it was any of her business, but I had wanted to gift the fish to my two nieces in the terrariums instead of in the plastic Tupperware that Petsmart currently puts them in. (Ironic how plastic cups are OK, but terrariums are not, you hypocrites.) I ended up leaving everything and walking out. I took my puppy here for beginner/puppy training classes and I was very pleased with the results. The entire staff at the store and the trainer Teagan were all very professional and courteous.

I purchased 5 fish from here. 3 sharks, a goldfish, and a pleco. All of them except the rainbow shark have died. I am really hoping he doesnt die too. But I will absolutely not go back ever. Only plus? The girl who helped in the store was amazing.
