I came in for a light trim--just enough to make my dog look neat while still keeping his coat long enough for winter warmth. Robbie told me coat length doesn't affect how cold a dog gets, which is simply untrue for Cavalier spaniels with wavy hair. Even after I explained that I wanted to keep him fluffy and insulated, he kept offering clipper lengths as if I should know what they meant. I told him to keep my dog as fluffy as possible and agreed to a six only because he said it would still meet my needs. When I returned, my dog was shaved down to the bone. A six cut should never have been suggested if I said I wanted to keep my dog's coat full for winter. As a groomer, I expected better judgment and care. What a wonderful salon for my fur babies. They absolutely smell and look amazing. Prices are very reasonable. This is now my salon for them. My Ginger smile butt baby, loves smiling after her day at the spa. Snow Man likes to pose for the camera. Thank you Robbie’s Pet Salon you did an amazing job. Very caring and sensitive towards their clients they're serving! I have a small Yorkie who is very intimidated, and they handle her gently eith care! Would highly recommend!

Not fancy, but they love Dogs and are reasonably priced. I will be returning!
