K9 Academy Training Facility

The staff are straight shooters who tell you what you’re doing wrong so you can fix it. I have two high energy dogs who were driving me bonkers but just doing the basic class through this company changed my dogs completely! I used to walk by dogs and their owners in public and think “man I wish my dog was that good” and now I can confidently take my dogs anywhere and know they’ll behave. If you’re at all thinking of taking your dogs here do it! It’s well worth the time and energy

I thought they were very good with the dogs, also with us and training us to work with our dogs. Even if we didn't get it write the first time they would stick with us until we got it or physically show us. This place in my opinion couldn't be better also because they just won't take your money. To advance your dog to the next class but they do have a in between class to build your dog's confidence which is half the cost. Awesome! By far the best training facility downriver, hands down walking away. A little bit more expensive than the pet stores but believe me worth EVERY penny! These people are professionals, Highly recommended.

Great dog training classes and worth the money! After just the first class of basic training, my 2 year old dog had done a 180. Before we couldn't even take her for walks because she always pulled and was distracted by everything. After just one session, she has stopped pulling on the leash, heels, sits, and listens to commands. You have to do the homework with the dog between classes of course, but highly recommend!

Knowledgeable and great trainers. It has been great for my dog Jedi to work on his reactivity (has gotten way better) and he loves coming to school. The old school, no BS training will help you gain respect from your dog while bonding with them at the same time.
