This was my first visit to have Molly's nail trim. I was a little nervous about the visit, but they were so kind and Molly did well. The process is so well organized. I will continue going to the Martinez location from now on.
One of my cat's nails had grown curled under into the pad of her paw, and it was starting to be tender. The vet trimmed her nails, and now it is not going into her paw. I am very grateful, because I didn't want her to be in pain and it wasn't something I could fix. Thanks to the vet at VIP Petcare we avoided a visit to our regular vet, which would have been traumatic for my cat and very expensive for me! THANK YOU!
It is always a good experience. Had my dogs nails trimmed. He gets nervous, but they handle him very well.
Very flexible, professional, and welcoming. Treated my Joker cat with gentle care. Xo
