Petco

Having to drive 30 minutes (Martinez) to an hour or more (San Francisco) to get the customer service we should get from the store down the road (El Cerrito) is ridiculous. We've complained about the El Cerrito store repeatedly, but you still haven't hired anyone of value there, so we refuse to shop there. The customer service at the Martinez and Sloat stores, on the other hand, are great. Staff at these store have been very helpful and patient...just wish we didn't have to drive so far.

Found a greater variety of dog coats here & got great Customer Service! Thanks.. Jason ? for finding/exchanging my Charhartt jacket for my Jack Russell Terrier . It looks great on her!

The staff was friendly, and quickly cleaned and prepared the self-wash area for my use.

This place is great and everyone here is super informational! Special Shout out to BRE!!! She helped us set up our two new ball python thanks showed us some afresh things around the store and was able to reference to recourses from her personal collection of animal information! I LOVED THAT !!! I hope she decides to own her own Petco franchise one day!!

Martinez Petco always has what I am looking for. The costumer service is great. The employees that I have asked for help from are extremely knowledgeable. I’m always impressed. Martinez Petco is a neighborhood store and I like that.
