Vetco Vaccination Clinic

I forgot my wallet, but I wasn't turned away. All were very kind and let me drive back home to get cash. Was allowed to get back in line to get my dog her shots. Thanks so much.

I made an appointment for the vaccine clinic and checked in via the app/text but never received a phone call or anything to “go over” my pet’s records or anything. I arrived early and texted that I had arrived as instructed. I sat for ten or so minutes and finally went inside. I was confused and did not know that I had to go inside to check in because I thought it was through the phone and that they would call me in. I wasted time in my car waiting and it looked like a couple people maybe jumped ahead in line because I was in my car. I don’t understand making an appointment and checking in via the app if people can jump ahead anyway. Thankfully there was no line and I got in right away. If there had been a line I would have been disappointed to know that I was waiting for nothing.

Had appointment, they took my cat right on time. It was quick and easy.

Great staff, overall good customer service.
