Dr. Shannon and team were great and covered all scenarios/options with us prior to our 14 yr old pup’s dental cleaning and extractions. He had a lot of issues but a month later he’s happy again and back to his playful self we used to know. Thank you taking such great care of him and restoring his quality of life!

Amazing. All staff treated me and my family with a lot of respect, empathy, and most importantly helped my loving 8 year old Lab with getting teeth extracted! I was very nervous about this surgery due to his age and going under anesthesia but both Dr. Shannon and Rachel followed up with me every step of the way and made sure I knew he was in good hands! I see lots of reviews about the pricing, this is the first time I’ve ever had to do anything like this so I’m not totally sure what is good and bad. But I do know I took my dog to a specialist and paid specialist pricing and he is living happy and pain free now! I believe in “you get what you pay for” and I definitely did! I’d do it again in a heartbeat!

I brought my Lab, in for fractured teeth, and the experience could not have been smoother. Dr. Shannon was incredibly thorough in explaining every option, what was necessary, what was simply nice to have, and what was reasonable for my lab specifically. No upsell, no drama, just clear, professional guidance. Instead of going straight to surgery, Dr. Shannon was able to bond the fractured teeth and save them. The level of care, precision, and calm confidence made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel surprisingly easy. Lady was treated with genuine kindness, and I felt fully informed the entire time. We’re extremely pleased with the outcome and the professionalism of everyone involved. Highly recommend.

We were referred to Dr. Shannon from an urgent care vet in Irmo, SC after the urgent care Dr. suspected my senior yorkie had a oronasal fistula and needed canine extractions. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Shannon and her staff. They were so welcoming and compassionate. I really appreciate the all the time the vet techs and Dr. Shannon took to get to know my dog and understand his history. Dr. Shannon called me during surgery to talk about what she saw and the next steps. She was also completely transparent post-op walking me through all the images and explanations of what she did and why. I want to debunk the negative reviews about the consultation fee and other costs. I was advised of the consolation fee multiple times prior to our appointment. This was NOT a cheap surgery

Dr. Shannon and her staff are amazing. Both of my dogs are patients of Dr. Shannon's and have their dental exams and cleanings for the past three years. They are very caring and kind. I feel that both of my dogs are in the best hands with Dr. Shannon.
