Great customer service experience with outstanding patient care.
It's a really great place to take your pet
The staff was great, and so sweet to my dogs.
My dog was sick and normally Vetco is really good, but on this visit, the cost was too much and there's a plan I could have been signed up on but nobody told me about it. They should have informed me and I could have gotten my dog treated, but I ended up walking out without my dog being seen and I had to wait 3 more days to see my regular veterinarian. They wanted $250 for a complete blood work panel and my veterinarian only charges $150. Plus they wanted $85 just to be seen and then a bunch more money for ear medicine and any tests. It was like the lady was talking me out of it and she did! I was very disappointed in the customer service that day. Normally they are very good.
