They are finally open!!! I love this new location! They literally have everything you need for your pets. They have a DIY dog wash which is super convenient. Dog treats and they have in store meet and greets and out of store events. The staff here was super helpful and nice. I look forward to bringing my furbabies in next time.

The dog wash experience here was disappointing. There were no towels, the shampoo was over-diluted, and when I tried to ask for help the employee had headphones on and didn’t hear me. Three employees stood around watching instead of helping, which made the situation awkward. When I was leaving, I was told I “could have asked for towels,” even though I had already tried. Basic attention and supplies were lacking, and the experience wasn’t worth it.

This place is ideal for finding special or very high end pet foods and supplements. One star off only because their prices are quite high on some things I know I can buy less elsewhere. Beautiful, well stocked store though. Fun to browse. .

I come here regularly for all my pet needs! They have amazing bath stations, great selection of food, treats, toys and more! The staff is really friendly and they have a good loyalty program as well. Again, I cant stress enough how excellent the staff is here. Very helpful, able to answer all my questions and provide suggestions for food and treats my dogs love!

Great pet shop! I've never been in the store but have utilized their free delivery several times and have had a great experience usually arrives same day or next day. Thankful they carry all the specialty foods at a reasonable price!
