Deep Roots Animal Clinic

We went to Deep Roots today after being loyal patients at Firehouse because we just couldn’t afford their pricing anymore. Deep Roots was very welcoming, friendly, and had reasonable pricing! My dog needs regular gland expression. Firehouse was charging us $70 each time, plus an extra $54 for nail trimming. Deep Roots charges $29 for gland expression and $20 for nail trimming and has the same quality of service. We will go to them from now on. Dr. Bernard was very knowledgeable and made my baby feel comfortable.

We had never been to Deep Roots before but as many pet owners have experienced, unexpected emergencies come up and you find yourself scrambling for any veterinary help you can find. Thankfully Deep Roots took our call and gladly accepted our beautiful Bella in what we would eventually learn were her last hours of life. The compassion and care that everyone in the office expressed during this difficult time was greatly appreciated. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts to everyone at Deep Roots 🙏🏼

Oh man, I had to come in today to have our pet euthanized. The dog had been hit by a car and it was not a good day for any of us. When I came in Miranda met me and was so compassionate and asked if I wanted to speak to the vet. I replied yes and then Dr. Guzman came in and was really helpful, kind, and compassionate as well. The staff are the very best Dr's called me, not the tech!! I love the way they explained everything!! My ziggy is feeling so much better after we realized he had an infection. His tongue had red patches and swollen. He was very aggressive. The staff were very patient and worked with him! Love you guys at Deep Roots!

Wow what an excellent clinic! They took our kitten on an emergency basis and continued to care for him throughout our ordeal, always being available to talk us through issues and see him when needed. And they did not charge us an arm and a leg! We are extremely pleased.
