Firehouse Animal Health Center Kyle

I didn't realize that I hadn't left a review for our favorite veterinary clinic, I apologize! We've been coming here for atleast 5 years or more. My giant schnauzer Tank, had a double ear infection and his current vet at that time didn't seem to care or make a priority of getting him in to get care. So, we called Firehouse and immediately got an appointment for the next morning. The interaction that we had with the Dr. Reavis blew us away! She was helpful and Tank loved her so much--he never felt this comfortable at his last vet and was always apprehensive to go inside the building. We made the switch fully when the same previous vet tried to schedule a surgery for my other giant schnauzer Bear, that she didn't need. Again, Dr. Reavis listened to our concerns and did appropriate testing

The ladies at Firehouse are Fire🔥😀. My baby was having a seizure like episode & I called at least 10 vet clic/hospitals only to be told “we can’t see you today” all with I dont care attitude. As soon as I connected w FH I was immediately told to bring him in now & they would work him in! As soon as we arrived they took my fur baby & made him (and myself) comfortable. If you are looking for people who actually genuinely care about animals look no further this is the place!!! If I could give 10 stars ⭐️ I would❤️❤️❤️❤️

Waylon usually hates the vet, but he was scheduled to have his very first surgery (a neuter), and as nervous as I was, I trusted the Firehouse team. Dr. McCann and Jamie walked me through the entire procedure beforehand and answered every question I had before leaving Waylon in their care. After the surgery, Dr. McCann called me personally to explain how everything went, what to expect during recovery, and when to pick him up. She also let me know that all his vitals were normal while he was under anesthesia, which was the biggest relief. I cannot thank Firehouse enough for being patient with my dog’s high anxiety and for caring for him as if he were their own. I want to express my deepest gratitude to Firehouse and their staff for the excellent care and compassion they showed me and my soulcat, Nicky, when I was faced with having to make the decision to put him to sleep. I’ve never had to put a pet down, and I was extremely emotional. I first spoke with Jenna, distraught and crying. My cat had began having some neurological symptoms over the weekend, and I knew I was going to have to make a decision I didn’t want to make. Jenna ensured I would be able to come in, and that Nicky would be well cared for, no matter what. I arrived to the hospital with Nicky in my arms and tears streaming down my face. Dr. Brent Rains has demonstrated exceptional care for our Chloe 🐈‍⬛. He consistently provided updates during her examinations and took the time to collaborate with me to develop her comprehensive care plan. I never felt rushed or pressured into making decisions. Even after her discharge, he continued to follow up on her well being. Because of his exceptional care and attention, I have decided to transfer the care for all my fur babies to Fire House.
