Brought our two dogs cannoli and Ryder in today for a wellness exams and a few concerns we had. The team here was super helpful in answering all of our questions and developing the best plan of action to keep our pups happy and healthy! Will be continuing care with them! We had a wonderful first visit with my scaredy cat at the Vetco in Medford. Bianca is an anxious senior cat who was long overdue for a visit to the vet. Booking and confirmations were seamless for the human. There is a first office visit coupon. We felt welcomed immediately at check-in and the 2 women who cared for my cat were just wonderful. I was really anticipating the visit to be very stressful and Abby and Dr Rosenfelder made it anything but that! We will continue our care at this Vetco.

Vets took great care of our cat! Gentle, friendly, kind. The a la carte pricing for microchips and vaccines is better than we were able to find anywhere else.

My overall experience was amazing. From the phone call I received from Sara to entering the hospital. Whenever you’re on a waitlist you never really expect a call back, Sara was so easy to talk to and made sure to call me back at the time she said she would! Jes the vet tech was so kind, welcoming, and listened to everything I had to say! She was very informative and caring. Thank you for everything!

Sara and Lisa were absolutely amazing with my dog! She came in with a painful ear infection, and they both handled her with so much care and patience. They made her feel calm right away — which is not easy when she’s uncomfortable — and explained everything clearly to me as they went. You can tell they really love what they do and care about the animals they treat. I’m so thankful for how kind, gentle, and thorough they were. Highly recommend them! 🐾
