Lucky Lucy's Pets - Dog Walking and Pet Care Medford

My greyhound and I love Lucky Lucy's Pets! They have been our dog walking company for a decade and they have been so friendly and accommodating for both dog walking and dogsitting! Stephanie has done an amazing job creating, running, and growing this business. Gina is my dog's main walker - they are absolutely wonderful with my dog and his walking buddies :-) Seeing how happy my dog is from his time with Gina from the daily pictures and updates is the highlight of my workday!

We have been using Lucky Lucy’s for about a year since my husband started going back in the office a few days a week and we have been so happy with this choice. Gina takes great care of our dog Obie! We love that he gets dedicated time outside for exercise when we can’t be home with him and gets to walk with other dogs around the neighborhood for socialization. Plus we get cute pictures of what he was up to that day. We can’t recommend Lucky Lucy’s and Gina enough!!

After nine years with the same dogwalker, I was worried about finding a new person to walk my nervous pup, but Lucky Lucy’s has been absolutely amazing. Everyone I have spoken to at Lucky Lucy’s—the owner, the office manager, two dog walkers—is so friendly, kind, and reassuring. They are excellent with their communications with quick, informative, and upbeat responses. (Honestly, I think they can be a model for any customer service company out there!) Gina has been wonderful, working so patiently with my dog who is shy with new people. Tonya stepped in as well when Gina was away and is also incredibly patient. It means the world to me to know that my dog is being so well taken care of when I can’t be there myself.

Lucky Lucy's Pets makes scheduling walks and visits very easy even when schedules are not the same from week to week. Our regular dog walker, Gina, is extremely trustworthy and is fantastic with our sometimes challenging and stubborn dog. I would recommend Lucky Lucy's Pets to anyone needing dog walking and pet care services.

We've been using Lucky Lucy's for about two years since we moved to Medford. Great service, love the updates, and love all of the walkers, especially Gina, who always takes our dog somewhere fun and our dog adores. The staff are very consistent and also super flexible. When our dog had an injured leg, they were great about limiting her mobility so she wouldn't hurt herself. When we had a baby and our schedule was up in the air, they had no issue pausing our regular schedule until we were ready to resume, but also accommodated irregular requests and so on. Can't say enough good things about them, and our dog loves all of the walkers!
