Great experience working with aLechmere Rug! We had lots of concerns due to allergies and sensitivities to strong chemical smells. The folks there were super helpful listening to our concerns and getting us the information we needed ti make an informed decision. We are so pleased with our new wool carpet- and there has been no chemical smell whatsoever!

Lechmere is the absolute best. My wife and I had to carpet the stairs of our third floor south you walk up that look like they were designed in a Funhouse mirror with eight different kinds of plywood. Pat helped us find a design that would work and the installers worked miracles to make it look as great as it does. Great value. Great service. Great results.

Bought two 6x9 rugs March 2024. I made it clear I wanted something durable and easy to clean as I had pets at home. I was sold two rugs and told how much better and more durable they’d be than the garbage sold online. The first rug was ruined in about a week- I couldn’t get the pet stain out even after using the professional service they recommended. They offered me a free complimentary 4x6 rug which I declined since I ordered a 6x9. They would not stand by the product/said it was likely my fault from using too many cleaners. Rug 2 now holds 1st place in my house for hardest rug to clean, and is on its way to the trash. Each rug cost me about $500 which I was ok with thinking these would be my “forever” rugs and I was happy to support a local business, but 1 year later it was just $1000
