Pet Supplies Plus Medford

Pet Supplies Plus in Medford is honestly my favorite pet store. The staff actually knows the animals and remembers you, which makes every visit feel personal. The store is clean, organized, and has a great selection without feeling overwhelming. Prices are better than the huge chain stores and they always have helpful suggestions without pushing anything. It feels like a neighborhood spot, not just a warehouse of products. They Price match!

I know this place looks a bit old compared to petsmart stores and others, but for me I find it super easy to shop and find new things for my cat. Also almost all my family shops here for their dogs and cats that’s how I was introduced. I feel like the staff is knowledgeable, know what to recommend, and can point you to other places if for whatever reason they don’t have what your looking for.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this store. When I asked to speak with the manager, he was immediately rude, dismissive, and showed a complete lack of customer service etiquette. Instead of trying to resolve the issue, he doubled down on his behavior and even insisted he wasn’t being rude when I pointed it out. It was clear he’d rather lose a loyal customer than spend a moment actually helping. I shop here monthly, but after this interaction, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Very unprofessional and condescending management. Not worth supporting a store that treats its customers this way.

Great pet store with an awesome selection of products. Love that they carry Small Batch freeze dried and gently cooked, Small Batch bone broths, Raised Right, OKO cat litter, Ziwipeak, and Open farm bone broths. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I love the rewards program and the discounts, they really make a difference. Highly recommend for any pet owner!

I can’t speak to their other products or services, but I have never seen a more neglected fish section in my life. Every fish in the store has a true fungal infection, and they need to be quarantined and treated immediately. I would not spend money here.
