VEG ER for Pets

I have had to bring my puppy to VEG two times now within a month or so for him swallowing pacifiers. Both experiences were beyond perfect and fantastic. Every single person I have encountered at VEG has been exceptionally kind and helpful. They make you feel totally comfortable in every way, getting you settled at a place to wait to see the doctor and offering water or coffee and even offered me a room to stay in over night while my puppy got surgery. I truly have not one complaint or suggestion for how to do things better. I can’t imagine an experience being any better than the two I have had there. They made a point to truly listen to me when I had concerns and do everything they could to help me and work with me. They went above and beyond in every way. Even with the waiting room being

I am absolutely blown away by this sweet place! Everyone was extremely nice and it was so obvious they cared so much about my sweet girl. I had no doubt that she was in good care during our stay. I thought it was so sweet that they had a room ready for us when i arrived after her surgery and let me stay with her all day. No complaints at all and I am so thankful for everyone at VEG for helping my baby. 💕

Dr. Yates, Erin, Dr. Sonni, and Mariah were the best. Thank you for taking such good care of my Rex. All the staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. I was most grateful that I was able to stay overnight with my dog while labs were going and he was receiving IV fluid. Instead of just treating my dog like an animal, the staff at VEG treated him like my family member. I'm so grateful this place came to Mt. Pleasant!

Nurse Erin and Dr. Roberts were highly attentive and compassionate towards my sick baby! With my precious yorkie baby being 11 years old, I have had to bring him into VEG ER at least 3 times and in multiple cities. Each experience has been exceptional! THANK YOU and GOD BLESS YOU!

In a time of dire need, we took our beloved pup Ramone here and they saved his life! The entire staff was amazing! Throughout the prep, surgery and post care, everyone not only took the best care of Ramone, they also took amazing care of us and kept us informed and a part of the process. I hope no one has to have that kind of night, but if you do, this is the best place to take your furry loved ones! I can’t say enough good things about them!
