I cannot say enough wonderful things about VEG ER for Pets. From the moment we walked in, the entire staff was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. In a stressful situation, their calm and caring approach made all the difference. Dr. Laura Watson was absolutely phenomenal. She took her time, explained everything in clear, layman’s terms, and made sure I understood every step of my dog’s care. Most importantly, she genuinely cared. You could feel it. Her compassion and kindness truly stood out. I honestly wish human healthcare providers and physicians were as compassionate and kind as the team at this clinic. Veg Er truly saved my 7 week old puppy louie’s life, they have amazing staff, care and training. At 4 am we rushed him to the Dallas location and they knew i was in need of help and didn’t waste a minute, Doctor Connor Leffel was explaining everything and more, we felt confident and safe! He truly is a hero to us and all who helped💜🐾 thank you Veg Er yall saved my baby’s life and much more! 10 out of 10 recommend

Staff were really good, friendly and informative about their operations. They saved my beloved German shepherd Jenny and were very understanding of my situation. One of the only animal clinics I know that will allow you to be with your animal behind the doors and stay overnight. 10/10, best staff, it did cost me a lot of money but that’s what you have to pay (I didn’t have pet insurance) if you want life saving surgery for your dog.

I had to bring my dog Foxxy here Saturday evening as she was experiencing respiratory distress. I called VEG when we were in the car and on our way to let them know to expect us. The front desk receptionist was great, she sent me a link to fill out to check Foxxy in while we were on our way. Foxxy and I barely made it into the front doors of the ER before staff rushed to take us into triage, they acted so quick which I certainly appreciated. The doctors and technicians I met were all so compassionate, kind and genuinely caring. I was able to stay by my dogs side the entire 4.5 hours we were in the ER which was such blessing as it helped calm and reassure Foxxy that everything was going to be okay. Foxxy needed ultrasounds, x-rays, bloodwork, sedation and oxygen therapy to stabilize her. T

One of the scariest moments of my life happened when I was five hours from home and my dog, Behr, had to be rushed to VEG Emergency Vet. Once I finally was able to get there, I was still so terrified, but the staff was incredible. They were patient, compassionate, and always available to answer my questions and concerns….and trust me I asked a lot! I was amazed and so comforted that I could stay with him the entire time. I never left his side for nearly 24 hours. They truly saved my baby’s life, and after seeing how hard the team works, I would recommend VEG 100 percent. While I hope I never have to return under those circumstances, I feel so much more at ease knowing they’re there if anything ever happens again. Will forever be so grateful for the VEG team!
