My older 13 year old dog goes here monthly to get his arthritis shots. He absolutely loves going to the vet! This place is nice and clean. They always explain everything. Its not as expensive as other places. I highly suggest this vet for all your animal needs

Recently had a grooming here. Been coming to this business for about eight years. The front desk is always welcoming and efficient, even on the phone calls. The manager Terri is on top of everything and has her fingers in all facets of the business. Always had a great experience with her and the staff. My most recent visit my dog had a grooming from a young lady named Kasey. I informed the manager that it was the best grooming that my dog has ever had in his whole life. The way she accented some of the features on his face, nobody has ever done before. She definitely is a master at what she’s doing. I hope she stays. Thank you to everybody for taking care of my 2 children Casper/Maggie. Keep up the great work. Have a great day !!!

Today was the first visit for my St. Bernard puppy-Peaches. All in all it was a great visit- most of the staff were helpful and personable and Jess, Danielle & Dr. Patrick were wonderful with Peaches! I did feel very well informed and was Offered a care plan which Jess went over the particulars of, but Apparently things got changed before I got to the checkout window unbeknownst to me. Jess was kind and came up front to assist and explain the changes made at the suggestion of Dr Patrick. I did have to call the office after I got home, as I forgot to present a coupon- I spoke with Kirsten who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I am hopeful they will honor the coupon to help with the cost of my initial visit.

Bought all my cats there for years spent alot money loved the staff back in the day but today was horrible first it was a back and forth battle with an appointment, I ask a question very rude at front end then they added on more services that I never requested for which I denied I bought that up to front end they just blew me off lack of communication at the front end to the people that are calling misinformed me about the pricing I was surprised when I had to pay another fee I wasn't happy once again your frontend staff no communication they should've told me about that extra fee when I called after today I'm just going to another vet . I can't be treated like this when I'm dropping money to have my animals taken care of only good thing was I had to call there was issue with my cat after

Really, really disappointed since VCA took over. I have had six cats ranging from years 1999-2025. They were so amazing but as soon as it became VCA it is just an obvious corporation all about turning profits and patients. After spending $600, I STILL haven’t gotten the results of my cat’s bloodwork after 3 months. Thankfully because she has a preexisting condition she can go to Upstate Vet, where we’ve transferred her records. It’s really disappointing what has happened here.
