Everyone was friendly, empathetic and did everything they could in the situation when I brought my Jasper in who was severely dehydrated, amongst other things, from anesthesia earlier that day at our regular vet. It appeared to be all ladies on staff at that time, and every one of them that I interacted with were rock stars. I only remember Hailey and Rose by name, but they were all equally friendly and empathetic. What I appreciated most is how much everyone actually cared, considering we were there in the middle of the night. We have an appt on Monday with the cardiologist there, and I feel from what I've experienced that he is in good hands.

We are incredibly grateful for the care our dog received during his IVDD emergency and surgery. We were driving over 3½ hours to reach the hospital, and the team called ahead to confirm our arrival and ensured they did not take on another case that would interfere with our dog's triage. That level of foresight and consideration meant everything to us during an incredibly stressful time. From admission through surgery and hospitalization, the staff was professional, compassionate, and communicative. We felt our dog was truly prioritized and treated with urgency and care. He is now recovering and making steady progress, and we are deeply thankful to the entire team for giving him the best chance at recovery.

I brought my dog Luna to Upstate Veterinary Specialties after she was hit by a car a couple of weeks ago. Their care, kindness, compassion, and support was unmatched. I felt from the moment I walked in that my dog was cared for thoroughly. Thank you all so much! I don't remember their names, but the triage vet techs were amazing and so kind and compassionate. Thank you all so much. Even the small acts of kindness like knowing we traveled far and offering coffee while I waited - it truly made a difference. My little girl is happy and healthy now. we’re so grateful.

My chihuahuas physical condition has improved after her consultation. She has had MVP for 8 years. Medication was adjusted. Equipment is impressive and Vet Techs and Cardiologist are top notch. My girl was handled with care and affection. Her Cardiologist talked us through her review so we understood findings. Highly recommend.

I loved it all. They were welcoming, kind, understanding, so helpful and thoughtful. They took care of my baby (French bulldog) and didnt rip me off. Tried to help me make the best decision that wasn't super costly and I could always come back if needed. I wish they could be my every day vets. I highly recommend them. Absolutely Highly!!! 💯
