They were very informative. Took their time with me and my pet. Answered all my questions. Emailed me in a timely manner of all my records from the appointment. And we're friendly to us both.

Made it easy and reasonably priced. We'll be returning for more shots

I was bringing my 2 dogs to the Petco in Latham, NY for vaccinations. One of the dogs is recently adopted and still new to me. The girl who checked me in (I really wish I got her name!) was phenomenal and helped me figure out which dog needed which vaccines, and scheduled a follow- up for boosters. She could not have been more helpful. The techs were wonderful too (again, wish I got their names) and very good with my dogs. I have been bringing my first dog to Petco for vaccines for years and this was by far the best experience I’ve had yet. Edit to add the date/time of the visit so maybe they can identify these staff: 2/27/25 around 6pm

We had to bring little Chewie in for his shots. The ladies were very attentive and understanding to his needs. He was distracted by a tech and the other gave him his shot-with no problems

The young lady that greeted us was very welcoming friendly, informative and reassuring.
