Dr. Larry and his team are absolutely amazing. They have been caring for my cats for 25+ years. The are knowledgable and most importantly for me are compasionate. I could not ask for better.

The experience was great from the start. Setting up the appointment was easy & the women on the phone was so sweet. Our vet tech who did our inprocess was amazing! They explained what would happen & answered all my questions no matter how ridiculous or off topic they were. They made me feel welcomed and comfortable & assured me my dragon was in great hands. Our Veterinarian was awesome! She was upbeat and to the point. She validated my feelings about the situation going, she complimented me on how well kept my dragon was which was a huge confidence booster. She walked me through every step and explained in detail what she was doing and why they do it. After the appointment before we got discharged the vet tech came in and again made me feel so at easy. I’ve had to say goodbye to a couple of my small pets through Valleyview Pet Hospital, and each experience has been handled with such kindness and compassion. The staff was amazing — they fit me in on short notice and treated both me and my pets with so much care. They even made a beautiful clay keepsake of my pet’s paw print and sent it home with me in a little velvet bag, which was such a thoughtful and comforting touch. I’m so grateful for how gentle and considerate they were during such a difficult time.

We couldn't save our lizard, but they made it as easy as possible to accept our current reality. They gave me ample time to say goodbye and was kind enough to not charge us for the office visit. I wouldn't wish to go through this again, but their kindness was welcome and needed.

All around amazing vet for exotics! So absolutely dedicated and kind to the humans that care for them too. We’ve had a hedgehog and a conure (small parrot) cared for by their team, and I do mean team. I hear from many bird people in the south and west metro praise Dr. Tholl, and I am certain he is wonderful but I also want to give a solid shout out to Dr.Alisha specifically. This is the first place I’ve been where I felt like EVERYONE that interacted with my exotic pets had solid knowledge and expertise.
