The staff and vets at Burnsville Animal Clinic are so amazing, and have helped us from the day we brought our puppy home! They have always been able to squeeze us in in an emergency, work around my messy schedule, and make sure that my pup is living her life as happily and comfortably as possible. Thank you everyone at Burnsville Animal Clinic!

I had the wellness plan that was a monthly charge that ends after a year. Once they were bought out they send you an email saying it now auto renews with no approval. I never authorized auto renewal. I did not see that email. In that time I moved. I called to cancel since I'm changing vets. They said they could not do it at the clinic and someone would reach out. I then called back the next month once I was charged for another month. They said there must had been a mix up and they will have someone follow up with us and cancel. I just got charged another month.Since I have two dogs it's over 200 dollars a month!!!! I'm now disputing the charge and getting a new credit card so they can no longer charge me. The new owners are crooks and all they care about is money and not your animal. I lov

The doctors pick and choose their schedules at will with no warning or prior notice. How unprofessional, regardless of reasoning, yet if youre 5 minutes late they will cancel your appointment. Double standards. If you ask anyone of the people who work here the same question, you will get different answers. None of the employees will give you the same information which creates conflict and miscommunication. The front desk people are much nicer than the doctor i had today. Don't expect any smiles or a "hello". Very disappointing experience. Safe to say I will not be back with my dog .

Burnsville animal clinic is not our regular vet (we live in Eagan and see a vet there usually), but they were very accommodating and able to squeeze in my elderly dog when he had an urgent need. I was happy with the care and attention he received and appreciative that they were available to help.

Miscommunication a huge problem at this location. I do not like they expect you to follow rules, but them, they can do whatever they want. I showed up for an appointment and told my doctor not coming today and no one can see me. But I have to pay 50$ if I cancel less than 24 hours? What if I have an emergency? Messed up.
