Gigi is such a pro with my rescue pit bull Mike. He can be a handful at times but she does such a great job trimming and grinding his nails. Highly recommend- very quick and friendly service. Thanks Gigi!

I’m only giving this store one star because of Kiarra. She is a wonderful groomer. The rest of the staff absolutely not. They add on extra charges and their communication is abysmal. If you can go to another place, I highly recommend shopping elsewhere for groomers.

Mack did such a great job grooming my dog, Sadie! She came home looking amazing and you could tell she was comfortable and well cared for. Mack was so friendly, professional, and clearly great with dogs. Everyone at PetSmart was also super welcoming and helpful from start to finish. Really appreciate the whole team!

After an awful experience in Lakeville came here with our new kitty and they were awesome. They didn't greet me right away, but when they did I was glad. Called day of and they were able to accommodate a kitty nail trim. Took less then 10 mins for a new kitty nail trim and caps. I'd come back to this location for the kindness alone to my cat and I. Lakeville take notes!

This PetSmart is organized and the staff was helpful. One of the better PetSmart's in the area for sure. The Lakeville location had dead betta fish and dead schooling fish stuck to the water filters in their tanks. This location clearly took better care of their aquatic life and their other animals. Parking was ample. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely recommend this location over others! I bought a betta fish and some schooling fish and some dog treats that were on sale for my pup!
