Friendly staff, willing to answer questions, always available to help. I love using the dog washing station - easy to use and the punch card makes it affordable (and keeps all that hair out of my tub!). Also really love the attention and care that our dog gets when having her nails trimmed. They recognize and remember her, which is wonderful - and they are patient and caring with all the pets I see them work with while there!

Staff here are great. They offer same day delivery if ordered before 1pm and always leave a cute thank you note with delivered item(s).

Very nice pet shop! The staff are great and very helpful. Great selection of pets, we got two very different leopard geckos here and have gotten multiple fish. We have also gotten a few snakes. All the animals have been healthy and have thrived!

Great experience at the Burnsville location! They helped me out when my dog food order got messed up at the Apple Valley location. A big shout out to Jeanie and management staff for helping me out! Says a lot for the people there! Update! Jeanie and staff helped out again….also had both my dog’s nails clipped and they did a fantastic job in the grooming! Thank you Burnsville Pet Supplies Plus!

The self bathe area is top notch. Nice silver tubs with good hoses and spray heads.
