We have taken our dogs there for 20 years straight very kind and taken care of my dogs very amazing even if it is a last minute emergency before closing they even have taken care of them sweet cat

everyone(even including other pet owners in the lobby) were incredibly sweet to my two cats and they had very straightforward and clear communication with me both in the vet office and at the front desk (also the office kitty is the cutest thing ive ever seen, extra toasty) (here are my two girls for fun)

I’ve been a client of BPAH for many years, and they will continue to be my preferred veterinarian clinic for my new pup. The staff is receptive and empathetic - it’s readily obvious they care deeply about their work and the pets they serve. I would recommend their clinic and services to anyone seeking the locality and care this office provides!

My 5mo puppy had her first check up and vaccine at this location. Awesome staff! They absolutely loved my puppy and did a great job working with her. Definitely recommend this to any furbaby parents!

We've gone Burnsville parkway Animal Hospital for routine visits and have always had a good experience. This week we noticed our beloved dog was not well so we got in the next day. After the physical exam of his abdomen and some x rays it was all but confirmed he had ingested a foreign object (turned out to be a chew toy) that was blocking his intestines. We were given a few options but elected to bite the bullet and have it surgically removed. Dr. Rozendaal got him into surgery right away and took the time to explain everything before and post op. I felt nervous given my dog's age, but he was very reassuring. Everything went great! I also appreciate we got plenty of pain meds so that our dog is comfortable while he heals. The front desk staff and vet techs are also amazing too!
