From start to finish i was very satisfied. Alyssa helped me through my whole visit and made sure both my cat and i were comfortable. Dr.goldberg was also amazing and super sweet. Both very helpful and i definitely recommend coming here if you’re needing help. i waited no more than 20 minutes to get a room and have my cat looked at by dr.goldberg. my visit may not have been as emergent as others so who’s to say what wait times may be but i’ll definitely be back if needed!

I brought our precious Tillie, our Scottish Terrier in because she was able to reach a Betty Crocker Chocolate brownie that my son sat down on a chair and she scarfed it up. When I took her in they were reassuring and took amazing care of her. They had to induce vomiting and then gave her another shot to reverse the nausea. All of the staff, not just the Vet, took a compassionate approach and helped our baby out. They even trimmed her nails .and did a few other things that weren’t part of the reason we were there to help her out. I am super grateful for what they did and how they did it. They are amazing, I strongly recommend them.

My granddaughters cat became ill he had a blocked bladder. They were very honest that they’re unable to take care of him, but it was urgent. I get him to a hospital so as we are driving away, they called us back in and they went ahead and just drain the pressure off of his bladder so we can make it to the hospital without something happening to him on our trip there. They also did not charge us anything..I would recommend them to everyone they are definitely in for the love of animals!!

Unfortunately I had to take my baby here to put him to rest. It was the first time I had heard of UrgentVet. My primary Vet recommended them to me because of their later hours and I wanted my partner to be able to attend after his work day. Anyways they are very thorough and explained everything in detail about the process. They were very patient with us in saying goodbye and even offered us to stay as long as we needed. We were comforted with snacks and waters and they brought many treats for my baby boy to have beforehand. They have a specific room catered to help be more comfortable in times like this. It’s not so much a “vets office” but more of a lounge area to say goodbye. When they took my baby to shave his leg for his iv, they brought me a little tube with his fur in it for keepsak

My 4 month old puppy swallowed a grape in the evening and we rushed over to Urgent Vet because it was the closest vet that was still open. They acted quickly to confirm what meds he was on, get him to vomit and they kept me informed the entire time. The doctor was really knowledgeable and even gave me some useful advice about my pet’s diet. I really appreciate the follow up call the next day to make sure he was doing better. I would highly recommend!
