If i could give them 1000 stars i would! We’ve not been able to get our puppies nails trimmed due to her anxiety and aggressiveness when her feet are touched. They were so gentle and sweet to her, they had the perfect touch! Will never go anywhere else!

First time here with my cat, they were so friendly and helpful. They provided a brush out, light shave down and nail trimming. They were so gentle with him and I didnt have to wait too long, it wasnt expensive either. I was expecting 80-100. But it was 55! Thankyou again!

Melanie did amazing with my girl Cali! She's a 55lb pitbull mix and sweet as can be. She gave Melanie lots of kisses and she came out so happy. Her coat feels so soft and she smells good too. Very very very good prices as well. Already set up her next "spa day"with Melanie!

Absolutely amazing experience! I’ve been grooming Standard Poodles for 28 years and usually groom my own Goldendoodle, but I was short on time and needed help while in the Cuyahoga Falls area. I stopped in first thing in the morning, and the staff—especially Melanie—were so welcoming and kind. She fit my dog in for a bath on the spot and had her done in just 90 minutes. When I picked her up, my dog was happy, spotless, smelled great, and was beautifully brushed out. Melanie was friendly, professional, and confident in her grooming skills—I’ll definitely be coming back for more detailed trims in the future. The location is convenient, secure, and well-run. Do not EVER take your cat to Unique Boutique Pet Grooming Salon. My cat had been going there for the last two years for the exact same services: a simple sanitary trim, brush out, and claw trim every 3 months or so. It started out as a relatively great experience. Since he only has one eye, he gets scared when they’re working on his blind side because he can’t see what’s going on, so every now and then they wouldn’t be able to finish his nail trims because he was too panicked, but other than that, never any issues. Today when my fiance went to pick him up, he was half (extremely poorly) shaved! They claimed that when I called to make his appointment I asked for him to be fully shaved, which I have NEVER done before and would absolutely NEVER do as he’s strictly an indoor cat and the exper
