While Mr Darcy is not always happy to visit, he loves his haircuts. We receive many compliments on our daily walks. Susan is the best.

I am so glad to have found Susan! She is so amazing with my dog! I have an Australian Shepard that can be very nervous and scared. I had such high anxieties about getting Willow groomed, worried about how she would act. Yes she was very nervous going in but Susan was amazing with her. She was able to get bathed and groomed!! She looked amazing and smelled so good! It was very reassuring to know that my dog was in great hands!

Susan at Pet Snips is wonderful with my dogs! I own two Great Pyrenees one a senior and the other a high energy youngster. My dogs are very comfortable with her and they always look phenomenal when I pick them up, and if you know the breed you know how much work that is! Highly recommend Pet Snips the work is great and she cares about your dogs!

Susan has been my groomer for about 18 years now. She is extremely "dog compassionate" and was extremely helpful some years back when I lost my dog to kidney failure. And 3 months later when the next dog entered the picture we picked right up where we left off with top notch grooming. This dog is now aging and dealing with mobility issues, and Susan is extremely tuned into that and handles her with extra care. She'll be my groomer forever. EDIT: That dog has since died, but I had another in 3 days. This is a slick coated breed that doesn't really need grooming, but I'll still take him there for nail trimming and such.

Susan is a fantastic groomer. She is the only one I trust to take care of my dog. My Bear always comes back to me looking great and is happy. I never have to worry about my dog while in her care. She is also very prompt. She is ready for my dog when I show up and my dog is ready when she says he will be. It is easy to plan errands around his grooming time. I won't take Bear anywhere else!
