Especially Chris Kardos, what a dreamboat of a salesperson! who understood and answered my questions, then followed up promptly and politely. He was generous with his creative problem solving. Because he was on the ball, he alerted Bobbi, the scheduler of my small window, so that she contacted Chris when she received the unexpected cancellation. Harold, the veteran, measured the space and gave me helpful tips on the qualities of different carpets and the best pad. We recently had MDG Flooring remove the carpet and install hardwood in a couple of rooms in our home, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone we interacted with — from the office team to the installers — was professional, helpful, and easy to work with. The finished floors look fantastic and blend seamlessly with the existing hardwood we already had in place. We couldn’t be happier with the results. We highly recommend MDG Flooring — five stars.

I ordered a custom area rug for my main living space and it turned out amazing! These people were so wonderful to work with. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and professional. Even after shopping around other places, they had the best prices and were able to offer something within our budget. Seems like a nice family-owned business! We will definitely come back for our flooring needs in the future.

When we stopped in to look at carpet for my husband’s home office, Melissa showed us many different samples that met the his criteria. We spent time talking about them and asking questions all the while feeling absolutely no pressure. He ended up choosing one that day - well, actually one brand and one particular style although he couldn’t make up his mind which one of two colors. Melissa gave us both samples to take home so he could choose and told us to expect a call to set up measuring. Two days later, that call came and after measuring, the choice was made and the carpet was ordered. It did take a little longer than Melissa had originally expected for it to arrive, but we weren’t in a rush so that was alright. Jose’ and Pedro are fantastic. This was their 2nd carpet install for me and I highly recommend. They arrive on time work diligently until it’s perfect. Both are extremely polite and took precautions of care with my belongings and cleaned up upon completion.
