Got my dog groomed here. People were very nice but unfortunately I’m extremely dissatisfied. I paid for a full bath and groom, plus the de-shed for my golden retriever. We came home and the more I looked at her the more I realized how bad they did. They chopped a whole section of her tail out, didn’t clean up her paws, the back of her legs were completely uneven, and behind her ears were dirty. They also charged me a de-matting fee, but when I came home I found a dirty knot that was left on her. I paid for the de-shed package but came home with chunks of shedded fur still falling off her. I was made to pay for this service before I got to see her, so I felt like I couldn’t say anything for bad service. So I paid for a bath, cut, and de-shed, and came home with a dirty, choppy, shedding dog

Terrible grooming and terrible follow up from management. We dropped both of our dogs off at 2pm. One for a full groom and one for a bath. They told us it would take about an hour and a half and that they would call when they were done. By 5:15pm they had not called. We went up to the store and they were not done. The groomer stated it had been a crazy day and that they close at 6pm. But they would be done by then. We went back around closing time to get our dogs and you could tell the staff were ready to go home. I was rushed and they were NOT friendly about me being there so late. I had to pay for the dogs before I saw them and was RUSHED out the door. When I got my dogs to the car one had NOT been bathed at all! In fact she now had fresh stool all over her backside. Took my extremely hairy (and somewhat matted) Golden to have a spa day with Jen. She did an *absolutely* fantastic job making him beautiful and getting rid of his matting. Best groom he has ever had. 15/10 would recommend Jen at the Portage crossing location

I had chosen the bathe, trim of toenails, cleaning up of my Morkies face as he had tear stains in the inside corners of his eyes. I also asked for his tail to be trimmed. When I picked Sailor up he was still damp and not completely dry. His groomer was to busy to take appropriate care of his personal needs and attention to my request for him. My dog looked like a drowned rat! His eyes were not cleaned up. His tail had a knot in it. His fur by his anal area was still long. In other words I paid $60.00 for a bath that wasnt even executed appropriately. Needless to say. I will never trust my sweet dog to their care again. I brought him home and trimmed him myself. I one very dissatisfied customer. The other thing is they took my bill to the cash register which I never saw what

Andrea is an excellent groomer. She is so gentle and kind to my elderly dog. He rushes to greet her! She is highly skilled and very knowledgeable about animals physical and emotional needs. I’m so lucky to have found her!
