Smoochi Poochi pet grooming

This place is fabulous! They are experts at what they do and did a great job with my Welsh Terrier.. she looks ready for the Westminster Dog Show! And my poodle mix looks adorable. They allowed my little one to socialize with the other little dogs which was good for him, and followed my request to not socialize the Welshie. The dogs were super relaxed after their 'spa treatment' and were done in less than 2 hours! And they do a great job with my kitty.. super fast and she looks good.

I have been taking my cat there for a few years. I just started taking my dogs also. They did an amazing job. My husky mix is very anxious. She was very patient and gentle with her. She also only grooms one animal at a time and does not cage dry, which I appreciate. My babies always look great!

Leslie first groomed my geriatric blind kitty I adopted. She gave him a Lion cut. I was there and watched the whole session. She was gentle and kind, and very talented. Grooming an old cat with tissue paper skin is not easy. She did a terrific job!! Fast forward - I have a Doodle. She was kind enough to fit me in because she needed grooming. I’ve been away taking care of my mother and she had mats and a serious cut. Leslie not only groomed her, but she noticed she had an ear infection. My bf took her to the vet and he was unable to administer the ear cleaner and medicine. Leslie offered to help him administer it in my absence. She is kind, gentle, gracious, and extremely talented. I totally trust her with my babies and would highly recommend her to anyone!! She is a gem!!

Hi, I’m very upset right now. I brought my dog in for her appointment. I talked to the girl whose closer to the back room. When I got there she was already stand offish towards me. I showed her a picture of the haircut I wanted her in. She kept trying to deflect me from the cut. I kept saying this what I wanted she said “okay I can do that”. She didn’t wash her she still smelted horrible. The haircut OMGSH she did what she wanted to do. The cut isn’t nothing like the picture. My DOG FUR IS ALL OFF HER SKIN. I can see her skin she cut her to the white meat. I said DON’T CUT HER TAIL AND HEAD. She did anyway I paid 85 for what. This was horrible ! I had contact the owner. The owner was very nice to me at first then she started saying that I didn’t take care of my dog. She came in there a
