Trust Rescue

Trust Rescue is truly an incredible organization that I cannot recommend enough. Nearly a year ago, I adopted my dog Rocky, who was previously known as Perry, through their program. From the moment I met him, I absolutely fell in love. Rocky came from a difficult past and carries some trauma that has made him a bit shy, especially around men. However, we’ve been making steady progress together, and watching him slowly come out of his shell has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Rocky now lives with me at my college apartment, where he has become not only my best friend but also my emotional support animal. His presence brings so much comfort, stability, and joy to my everyday life. Even with his shy personality, he has such a loving heart and a gentle soul that instant

Many thanks to Trust rescue and all of the dedicated volunteers who work continuously to find loving forever homes for rescue dogs. My son and I met and instantly bonded with the newest addition to our family at a Trust rescue adoption event in Atco. The initial meet with our puppy started out as a week long foster but ended in adoption and we could not be happier. Archie (we kept his name) is so sweet, super smart and energetic. He loves the outdoors, walking, running and loves to play with all of his toys. He has filled a void in our home and has brought us so much happiness, fun, laughter and love over the past few months. We are looking forward to many years of happiness with Archie- the newest addition to our family. 🩷🐶🐾

Words cannot express our appreciation for allowing us to adopt Mobey (now Jayco) on Saturday. He is the absolute sweetest dog and even though we don’t know much of his backstory, from here on out his life will be absolutely filled with everything he needs and more love than he can ever imagine! He is helping us slowly heal our broken hearts from losing our 2 beloved dogs in 2025 and we just love him so much! He also saw the vet today and she said he is perfect! She was pleased with the medical information you provided to me. We are so grateful to Trust Rescue for your commitment to these animals. TrustRescue works tirelessly to bring dogs from high kill shelters into loving and safe homes. It breaks my heart to think that if they had not rescued a very pregnant chihuahua named Palma, our little wee-man Brooks would not be here. He brings us joy everyday. This is a group of dedicated caring volunteers who work everyday to save as many dogs as possible. The prices are very reasonable, often having sponsored dogs available at no cost! I volunteer and foster with Trust Rescue, and my experience with them has been truly wonderful. As a volunteer photographer, I get to spend a lot of one-on-one time with the dogs, and it’s been incredibly rewarding to watch them come out of their shells and show their true personalities. It’s clear these dogs are cared for with patience and compassion long before they ever make it to their forever homes. Being in a foster setting these dogs are exposed to a home setting prior to going to their forever homes making the transition a lot easier. I also foster through Trust Rescue, and I really appreciate the 7-day foster commitment. It makes fostering much more accessible for me with my work schedule and my own pets at home, while still allowing me to make a real impact. I feel fully support
