10 yr old Akita with 2 bad rear legs. Mobility issues called mobile vet service. Not only was I able to get an appointment in a reasonable time frame. Dr Kai and her tech Nicole were amazing. They knew my dogs history, observed her thoroughly evaluated her and came up with a solution to help!!this photo was taken 3 days after her visit! I will use this service again and highly recommend

From the first email I sent, the team was amazing at communicating and giving me all the details my family and I needed to make this experience so much more comfortable. Dr.Melissa and Kaitlyn were absolutely amazing. They made me and my family and especially my dog Brando feel so comfortable. They were so informative and gentle and caring. I wish I knew about their service before. Our dog was always so scared of the car and vet this would have made things easier but I’m so grateful we found them for this. ****** Update this is a photo of the confirmation text that was sent to me the day before and also I received a verbal confirmation from your office that I was to make the appointment. Further more, I never received a voicemail. Yes I was still on the schedule to appear for an appointment. Your front desk staff says they never canceled my appointment and that is why I received multiple texts to appear to an appointment that didn’t exist. You’re attempt to fix the situation with your response makes it all that much more worse. I’ve come to this office for several years now. And the doctors have been knowledgeable and thorough with caring for my dog. During this time, though, the office staff has fallen short time and time again. Dr Alyssa is the best along with her tech; they are both very compassionate and gentle. Best decision for my elder cat. Dr. Alyssa is very intelligent and informative about taking care of my cats. It's so good when your pet care is done by people who love what they do. Would recommend in a heartbeat 💓.

Dr. Eddie and Melissa are fantastic and very knowledgeable however the office staff seems very incompetent in terms of receiving and returning phone calls. The past few months something has honestly changed here, it's almost impossible to get a hold of a staff member at the office, and even when you leave a voicemail 9/10 times they do NOT return your call. Not sure if something has changed within their internal management or ownship etc, but something needs to change because our senior dog with a disease has been under the care of house paws for the past 7 months and It's beyond unacceptable that we have to constantly chase them down and call 10+ times in one day to even have a chance to speak with anyone. Management - if you're reading this please improve on this issue as we are consider
