I brought my 12 week old shepherd to Carol to introduce her to grooming at a young age. We scheduled 3 or 4 visits over the course of two weeks. During the visits, Carol had mentioned obedience training and claimed she was "world recognized" and award-winning blah blah blah. She gave us some tips for home training once included shaking a can of pennies when my dog was doing something wrong.... Fast forward to third visit. I come in to pick my puppy up (mind you she is 12-13 weeks, 20lbs) and she is very excited to see me. This all while wearing masks a year after the covid pandemic- one of her requests. As we are talking, I am focusing on trying to hear what she is saying, my puppy is excited to see me and jumping on me. Carol then starts to make comments and questioning home training in

My dog is an Irish Setter/Lab mix with a coat like an Afghan Hound. She suffers from dry skin and is usually itchy and uncomfortable, especially after her summer cut, and shakes from fear uncontrollably when left with a groomer. We walked in the door for the first time on Monday, and the dog was so at ease that she willingly went with Carol to be groomed. When we picked her up, she was a calm and content dog just happy to see us. She looked and smelled gorgeous, and her coat and skin were soft and hydrated. She looked like a dog who felt like a million bucks, and I knew immediately that this was a great experience for her (and her worried parents). The fee for service is very reasonable and fair, and my dog had a spa day with Carol. We could not be happier!

I highly recommend bringing your pet to Carol and Courtney! I have been bringing my 2 Persian cats to them for the last 3 years for extensive grooming since their coats are extremely difficult to deal with from matting. Carol is one of few groomers out there that takes the time with difficult pets and devises a plan to keep them in their best condition. She and Courtney are incredibly patient and kind with all their 4 legged clients!

I just read the latest review and I am appalled. I bring my cat to Carol and Courtney since he was a kitten to get his nails clipped and brushed out. First of all, if he has a matte, I let Carol know. Carol does the most amazing work saving his coat. If she can’t get the mattes out, she will let me know and shave it out. When he gets done, he looks GORGEOUS each time. Especially when she gives him a lovely scarf!! My cat ADORES Carol and Courtney. He purrs as soon as he sees her. She takes the upmost care of him. I will ALWAYS recommend her. She always goes above and beyond. Thank you girls for all that you do!

Perfect Solutions is the best groomer I have been to. Carol and Courtney took the time to get to know both me and my dog before doing anything. They are wonderful and really make us both feel at home and at ease in their shop. It is tough to find someone to trust your furry loved ones with, but rest assured, they are in good hands at Perfect Solutions.
