Asha's Angels Pet Crematory

A very professional and clean facility with a truly compassionate staff. Everyone was respectful and kind, and there was never any pressure to upsell. Receiving our dog’s remains within 24 hours meant so much. We felt comforted knowing our dog was in the care of professionals who truly honor animals.

Today, we had to put down our cat Maple. We did in-home euthanasia that did not have after care service. We were worried that we won't be able to find a place open on weekends. Mr. Leroy welcomed us even though it was during the weekend. His genuin kindness shined through. We were given several options without any pressure. There was honesty and full transparency from the beginning to end. We were able to see the facility and the cremator chamber. We were rest assured that it would be a true kind of private cremation. He explained his vision for building a memorial garden. We were deeply moved by his passion. After we dropped our cat off, he called to ask about Maple's cushion and blanket that we used to wrap her in. We told him we didn't need them back, and he said that he would wash

I would highly recommend. I honestly couldn't ask for better service in this awful time for us. I was told I could go right over even though it was 7pm. It sounded like he was either getting ready to leave or not there but he still told me to come right over. Very kind and caring and did not push any sales on us, at all. I truly felt they care and its not just a place out for money. When we pick up the ashes everything was so nice. They gave us paw and nose prints and 4 bookmarks with her picture on it. They're little things but they ment alot.

Leeroy, and staff made this hard process a lot easier for me. They were so helpful, I was able to call them after hours to bring my dog Gizmo. I had his ashes in less than 24 hrs. They took the time to go over everything with me, and even offered to show me the crematory where it would be preformed. Their work is beautiful. Every little detail did not go unnoticed. From the bookmarks with Gizmo’s pictures, the beautiful hearts and paws engraved on his urn, to the decorations with his paw prints.

They were compassionate and kind. They made a difficult day easier to navigate. I called them before 7am and they called back within minutes. I’m not sure if they normally respond that quickly but you can tell they care about this process. While I chose a lovely urn for my kitty, he didn’t try to upsell me and I was able to get the ashes the same day. I was shown the options with no pressure or judgement. Their space is bright and clean and gives you confidence that you chose the right team. Again, the speed at which they helped me really assisted with our grieving and, while I could’ve just caught them at a time that allowed this quick of a turnaround by chance, it really seems like they try their best for people losing a beloved companion.
