Stopped by this evening around 6:00 PM, and the cashier spent about 15 minutes on their phone texting. It wasn’t busy, but it left a bad impression. When employees are on their phones instead of helping customers, it makes it feel like service isn’t a priority and that my time doesn’t matter. I really like Tractor Supply, but professionalism at the register needs to improve — it reflects poorly on the store and discourages customers from asking for assistance.

Damia has absolutely amazing customer service! This store has a Wonderful staff that was knowledgeable and very helpful!

I called a few days ago to inquire about your chicks! I was greeted by an associate named Bradley, he was very polite and informative about the chicks. He assured me that you all had chicks in stock. I wanted Easter eggers but about the time I made it in they were all gone. I hate that I forgot the associates name ( Ms. Lisa ), but it was a lady in the middle of the store at the desk by the chicks that gave me so much info about the chicks that you all had at the time, she also made sure that I could actually have chickens within my city limits. She had to tend to something else and asked another associate to help me, unbeknownst to me it was Bradley. He was 10x's more helpful in person, he made sure we had all the equipment that we needed to become chick parents. Oh yeah we got a few Jer

Horrible experience!! I went in yesterday for a couple things for my house & as I was checking out this lady her name was Lisa S I believe (they wear name tags & I remember her name) started complaining to ME about a fellow coworker & I honestly felt super uncomfortable and I hated the whole interaction… I don’t think that’s a way to communicate and engage with your customers it was disgusting behavior & I felt sorry for the other employee she was talking bad about, as a customer I don’t understand why she had the nerve to talk bad about her fellow employees… she’s a grown lady acting like a kid. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again I hope someone does something about that. Everyone else was lovely but her.. 0/10 experience. Very disappointing.

Clean, well run store with a great selection of nuts and bolts! Checkout can be a little slow at times though
