The doctors take time to explain everything and truly care about the pets they treat. Their pricing is also better than many other clinics in the area while still providing great quality care. Highly recommend! 🐾

I’ve given this places a couple of chances, but the lady at the front desk is so rude and unprofessional I will not be coming back. I had found a stray dog on the road that I brought here to check for a microchip and to get a check up. They gave me some paperwork to fill out I put my information and the bottom half was info about the pet. Name, weight, breed, past history (THIS WAS A STRAY). So I left that part blank the lady at the front rudely threw the board down on the counter saying I didn’t fill that part out. I told her two times it was a stray. Plus I had already told them I found this dog on the street when first coming in. She got angry that I didn’t at least write down her color? The second interaction I had called about a preventative that needed a prescription and I had a coup

Attempting to help my elderly mother-in-law who is also on social security, I called this clinic to inquire on their services. As I was explaining my situation, I was immediately cut-off by the receptionist with the cost of initial exams and availability. There was no sincerity, no kindness in her tone. I proceeded with inquiring on whether they had any programs available for elderly Mesquite residents and she gave me a definitive no. I then inquired on whether she had any recommendations on other services to the Mesquite community, which she also said no. I wouldn't recommend this place for the sole reason that there is absolutely no display of compassion from the moment you make a phone call. If the vets are willing to have someone like that answering calls, I wouldn't want any animal

There was a disconnect in communication initially. After I said I would pay for the time they spent speaking with me regarding my pet but was leaving and began to put on my coat, they quickly changed their position. They struggled using the thermometer to take the temperature of my dog and then when adding a catheter it took a very long time and I could hear my pet crying. One of their staff members lacked compassion.

Good staff. I like Doctor Mark, he gave good advice for our furry baby for FLUTD, what to do, what to watch out for, how to feel for the bladder, etc. Will definitely come back here again when needed and have recommended it to my brother who might be visiting soon.
