I was told I needed certain documents to fly that cost me a lot of money when in fact I needed it at all, they were kinda nice, I had to keep making sure my info was correct cause the guy at the front desk kept messing up, they seemed un organized, customer service skills could be a bit better

I recently lost my fish babies because I moved. The young lady that helped me was very understanding and knowledgeable about all the types of fish I asked about. I ended up getting 4 different kind of community fish and they are thriving. Very happy with outcome

I AM VERY PISSED AT THIS POINT. $80+ FOR THIS BS. MY DOGS EARS ARE BRUISED DUE TO YALLS CLIPPERS AND THEN ALL THAT WAS TALEN OFF WAS $10. THIS IS BS ALSO BEFORE I PICKED UP MY DOG THE LADY TOMD ME THAT THE $10 WOULD BE REMOVED BUT WHEN I PICKED HER UP THE OTHER LADY SAID “NO SHE SAID IT HAD TO BE ADDED” THEN WHEN I GOT TO THE REGISTER THE LADY I SPOKE WITH RAM TO THE REGISTER TO TAKE IT OFF. I WAS ALSO TOLD I WOULD NEED TO BRING MY DOG BACK THURSDAY TO HAVE THE EARS FIXED. I WILL NEVER IN LIFE BRING MY DOG TO YOU ALLS FACILITY YALL REALLY HURT HER. SHE HAS BEEN CRYING BECAUSE HER EARS ARE SO BRUISED AND TO STILL CHARGE ME $80+ IS INSANE

Won’t be taking our Lola here anymore. Have been taking our yorkie here for about a year or so and we noticed she started getting scared going. Which had never happened before anywhere else. They upcharge you after the fact and then will charge for a second person to help but her half the job is done. No nail clippings legs not cut down. Like they do horrible work. Luckily we found somewhere else and she was actually well groomed all the way with the works and no unexpected up charges. Would not recommend the grooming here.

They are good with cutting my dogs hair when needed, but he never smells clean. I always have to rewash him when I get home so that he smells fresh.
