Grooming services here have been hit or miss. My poodle has gotten some really choppy haircuts but Arlene is my absolute favorite. She is typically booked up so best to book in advanced. She gets my boy right every time. Very communicative, accommodating and thorough.
My dogs love this place (well I should say the treats that I bring home from here). Rarely do I not find what I'm looking for. My average shopping spree is about $250.00 ( for 2 - 4 legged moochers). PetSmart has great rawhide free alternative treats which I love giving my dogs. They are obsessed with the mini and large peanut butter Churro's. They definitely know that PetSmart bag rustle when I walk in the door.
One of my favorite pet stores. Staff is always friendly. Supplied well. Prices as expected for a pet store. Not too high. Very clean. Would recommend staff in fish department maybe to be a little more knowledgeable. But other than that. Great place. Would recommend.

Love this Petsmart but there is a manager with burgundy hair who is HORRIBLE!!! Every time I go in there’s a long line and she refuses to help the poor cashier! She’s either on her phone or pretending to be busy! As a manager myself, that is the quickest way to lose a great employee. That manager needs to do and be better
