The Grooming House

AVOID this place if you can . They don’t value their customers and definitely don’t need new ones . I say this because I took my dog early on the date he was scheduled . I called in to work to say I would be late so I can take him to his appointment. When I got there I was told it was the day before and they will not be grooming him . They actually tried to gas light me into thinking they actually sent a text to remind me of the date but after an exhausting search into my phone I realized they did not send anything but were trying to save face . They were stubborn and didnot want to own up to the mistake. It was a huge inconvenience. If you value your time , being treated with respect and love your pet ; avoid this place .

We are soooooo HAPPY to find a groomer that loves our Teddy as we do! We took him here yesterday and when we picked him up he wasn’t shaking, he was so happy. He was so well groomed and smelled so good! Friendly service, you can tell they love animals and treat them and humans like FAMILY!!! Definitely will be going back and the price was perfect!!!! 💙💙💙💙

Took my baby there yesterday 2/27/24. I am so disappointed with the hatchet job they did on my baby's hair. I took her at 8:30 am got her 4:30 pm and she was smelling like she haven't had a bath, the lady sprayed some perfume on her to try to cover up the smell, it didn't work. I ask her did she bathe her but, I know she didn't. She cut the hair on one leg and not the others. They really messed my baby up. I cried when I saw her. They gave my monies back but I think they owe me double the way my baby look. As a matter of fact she looked better going in. I'm never going back. My poor baby.

My fur babies love Ms. Rachel! She truly cares about your pet and treats it as if it were her own. We used to live 5 mins from her shop, but moved almost 2 yrs ago and still bring my babies to her. My commute in the mornings is about 1.5 hrs and I drop them off omw to work. Yes, that's how much I trust Ms. Rachel and she does a phenomenal job for a very reasonable price. My girls always get a cute bow or bandana, even festive ones, depending on the holiday. She also conveniently keeps doggie bags outside too which I'm bad about bringing my own.🤭 We just love her ❤️

This place groomed my 13 yr old cocker. They did a good job and their prices are great. You don’t have to get a second mortgage to afford them. Thank you!! This pic is before grooming.
